All bookings are subject to availability.

Your booking appointment is secured as soon as deposit fee of at least 50% or the full payment is on the account. A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after receipt of your booking.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for services must be made in full before the scheduled flight.

We accept payment via Mobile Money pay, bank transfer, or credit card.

Booking and Payment shall be done through our online services at our website, or to Sun Guru’s bank account for shillings or dollar whichever is preferred for wire transfers and will be availed upon request.

In exceptional cases cash can be accepted to be paid before the flight.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, unless confirmed with a deposit.

 

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION 

Customers may reschedule or cancel without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at :

LATE CANCELLATION

Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a fee of 35 % of the package prize.

 

LATE ARRIVAL 

Customers may arrive 30 min before the scheduled flight time. If the clients arrive more than  min later than your planned take-off time we might need to reschedule. Than, the full fee will apply if rescheduling for the same day is not possible.

 

MISSED ARRIVAL 

If a customer misses their scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling, they will be charged 100 % of the price of the scheduled service.

PROVIDER CANCELLATION

If, for any reason, i.e., bad weather or technical issues, we must cancel your scheduled appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.

 

REFUNDS

Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.

 

COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATION

The operator will notify the client of any changes or necessary information as soon as possible as per phone, what’s up or SMS.

Emergency situations

Exception in case of genuine emergency situation or unforeseen circumstances might be granted

 

Check-In at the airfield

The client must be at the airfield at least 30 min before the scheduled flight time.

No alcohol is allowed in the aircraft.

The airfield can only be stepped on with safety vests distributed by Aero Peak personal.

Instructions by the pilot and airfield personal have to be complied to.

Children need to be under constant supervision by an adult.

 

Conduct and Safety:

The Customer must comply with all safety instructions provided by the Company and its crew.

Any disruptive behaviour or failure to adhere to safety protocols may result in the termination of the flight without refund.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer deemed unfit for travel due to intoxication or any other reason affecting safety.

 

Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of its services, except where such loss, damage, or injury arises from the Company’s negligence.

The Customer is responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the flight.

 

Aircraft Maintenance:

The Company ensures that all aircraft are properly maintained and comply with relevant local aviation regulations.

Flights may be delayed or cancelled due to maintenance requirements or technical issues. In such cases, the Company will Endeavor to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.

 

Privacy Policy:

The Company respects the privacy of its customers and will only use personal information for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling legal obligations.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

 

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Uganda.
